💡 Each tape is captured in real time. Larger orders take longer, but we'll keep you updated along the way.
Pick Up & Drop Off Times
- We are located at Ruse(Near Campbelltown) 2560
- Pickup/drop off between 4:30pm and 6pm Monday to Saturday
Terms of Service
- To keep our service economical, we do not provide tape repair, cleaning, or restoration.
- Playback quality depends on the original tape condition.
- Only personal/family recordings accepted — no commercial content.
- Files are kept for 7 days after delivery, then deleted permanently.
- We handle your tapes with care, but please note that old or damaged tapes can sometimes be fragile.
- Payment due on pickup or before digital delivery.
- Standard turnaround: 3–7 business days (rush available).
